Overview
SF6 electrical combination electrical equipment (GIS) was once considered to be high insulation performance and maintenance-free products. However, there are still some insulation faults in the process of operation. In the case of partial discharge such as corona, spark and arc. SF6 gas in electrical equipment will react with water, oxygen and solid insulation media, and generate various types of decomposition products. And there was a correlation between the decomposition products and partial discharge types. So it is possible to diagnose equipment defect or fault based on gas component analysis.
Technology
DKG-SD series photoacoustic spectrum SF6 resolvent multi-gas analysis sensor. Photoacoustic spectroscopy technology can realize high sensitivity measurement of short optical path. Based on patented ultra-high sensitivity optical microphone technology with an enhanced cantilever beam. It can achieve wide range up to 5 levels of linear dynamic range ratio. The ultra-high sensitivity can be achieved by 9 kinds of optical narrowband filters. The extremely narrow optical filter can remove the interference of background gased. Multiple spectral regions can facilitate minimum cross sensitivity. Based on infrared photoacoustic spectroscopy, the multi-gas analyzer has a pulse infrared light source and forms 9 spectral bands in the middle infrared region through narrow band optical filter for gas analysis.
