

Overview
The unique design is sturdy, practical and exquisite, based on ultraviolet fluorescence absorption photometry, mainly including analysis and calculation system, display and signal transmission system, which can provide linear, interference-free and reliable H2S concentration measurement output without any consumables.All total sulphur are passed through a hydrogen furnace and hydrogenated to total sulphur at high temperature to measure total sulfur.
Principle
Ultraviolet Total Sulphur Analyzer is based on ultraviolet absorption photometry. Due to the different molecular structures, there are differences in the absorption of gas molecules to different wavelength spectra. That is, each substance is selective in its absorption of radiation, and has its own characteristic absorption spectrum. Ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy is based on the Lambert-Beer law。

When a beam of monochromatic parallel light passes through a non-dispersive homogeneous medium, the concentration of the medium is C, and the length along the beam propagation direction is L, then the relationship between the light intensity I0 before passing through the medium and the light intensity I after passing through the medium for:

In the formula, I(λ)——transmitted light intensity; I0(λ)——emitted light intensity; C——measured gas concentration; L——the distance of light passing through the absorbing medium; A(λ)——Absorbance, proportional to medium concentration and optical path; σ(λ) ——absorption cross-section, which varies with wavelength, pressure, temperature and has nothing to do with I0(λ), C, L, etc. Comparing the measured absorbance with the absorption cross-section σ(λ) obtained by laboratory analysis, the concentration of the measured gas can be obtained;
