

Overview
Sturdy, simple and unique design, based on the lead acetate tape sensor, provides linear, interference-free and reliable H2S and total sulfur concentration measurement outputs.
Principle
The DKS1100/1200 instrument measures H2S in natural gas or other process gases. It has dual 4-20mA current loop output interfaces, dual measurement alarms, and an additional question and fault alarm relay output. The external expandable magnetic drive buttons allow the operator to use the instrument without opening any covers. The DKS1100/1200 displays the H2S concentration (ppb, ppm, gram, %, mg/m3) automatically from the low calibration range to 5 times the low calibration range. Calibration can be performed through the operator interface for manual calibration, or through the automatic calibration interface by connecting the calibration tank for calibration; The DKS1100/1200 can be configured with a certain number of selectable sampling systems and other accessories for high-concentration H2S, total sulfur content, or H2S concentration in liquids measurement.

Sensor: Only when hydrogen sulfide reacts with lead acetate does the test paper strip turn brown, and the content of hydrogen sulfide is directly proportional to the color change on the lead acetate paper strip.
The detection formula is as follows: Pb(Ac)2+H2S=PbS+2HAc
Lead acetate tape is the most reliable sensor that is not interfered by other sulfides. This is why lead acetate is chosen when high-precision measurement is required. However, it achieves linear output and single-point calibration.
Longest-lasting tape: DKS1100/1200 provides the longest-lasting tape on the market currently. Advanced algorithms are used to ensure that the entire 300 feet of tape is used up. The instrument can use a 350-foot roller.
